Board of Directors
In line with the Aptus Mission, our Board's composition today is a strong, balanced blend of skill and experience, allowing it to offer guidance in core areas important to Aptus. The board represents members that are committed to live the company values. Leadership is paramount in any organisation and the board has been carefully selected to take Aptus into the future. Board members. continually ensure that principles of good corporate governance are applied in all their dealings in respect, and on behalf of Aptus. The board retains full and effective control of all the Aptus Business Units. The non-executive directors are high-calibre professionals and make a significant contribution to the board's deliberations and decisions. The directors have unrestricted access to the advice and services of their fellow board members as well as the Aptus business leaders, world-wide.
