Aptus is currently a preferred strategic partner to various industries supplying and managing staff. Aptus manages the staff member from recruitment to exit interview.
Aptus supplies contractors on a permanent, temporary or managed service basis. Aptus takes full responsibility for all statutory requirements and commitments, including provisions for sick leave, annual leave and family responsibility leave. All related administration and human resource processes and practices arethe responsibility of Aptus. We also perform the full Industrial Relations Function in relation to these contractors/staff.

The success of any business (in any industry) depends on maintaining
peak efficiency levels in the workforce. This is generally an
area of high expense in any organisation. Determining and maintaining
optimal staffing levels throughout the company’s specific business
cycle is of critical importance.
Aptus performs a comprehensive analysis of staffing “Peaks
and Valleys” in our client’s business process. In doing so,
we determine what optimum staffing levels should be at any given
time of this cycle, taking into account various factors that
can influence fluctuations. We also look at the primary skills-level
of critical staff and determine if there are any redundancies
in tasks being performed.
We determine if multi-skilled labour is a feasible option and
predict what the impact would be on the future cost-to-income
ratio of the company, based on various projected scenarios.
This ensures that our clients have various options to maximise
client satisfaction.
Aptus recruits, employs, pays and manages staff. This includes
the development of performance and skills as well as inter-departmental
transfers as and when the business demands their skills.
